Should any report or service opinion be disclosed to a third party, the client assumes the responsibility of notifying such parties of these governing terms.
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE

Liability for appraisal-related services extends exclusively to the designated client and does not encompass subsequent third parties or external users. Total aggregate liability is limited to the professional fee paid for the specific report or consulting service in question.
