Business Development Manager
As a business development manager, you will assist with the continual expansion of the company’s products and services, develop and implement marketing strategies for commercial and residential real estate lending institutions, create new business avenues, and establish new accounts across the United States. A minimum of 10 years of sales experience is required. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the major banks and finance companies throughout the United States and have an established network of industry contacts.
Real Estate Analyst
Real estate analysts support our Commercial Division by performing market research and consolidating, analyzing, and modeling financial data. Real estate analysts also support our Research and Consulting Division by researching real estate valuation indicators of four commercial property types within 18 major U.S. markets.
Commercial Real Estate Appraiser
Property Sciences’ leadership has positioned it as one of a select few firms that have broad acceptance by Wall Street based conduits. The growth in this sector has dramatically increased institutional work and has created the need for experienced commercial appraisers. Positions are available in major markets throughout the United States. Successful candidates will have a degree from an accredited four-year university and an appraisal license.
