Mr. Middleton began his appraisal career at Property Sciences in 2005. After becoming a California Licensed Appraiser, he was a staff appraiser and a senior QC reviewer. In his current role, he oversees the company's residential staff appraisers. He also actively identifies opportunities to expand staff appraiser coverage throughout the country.

Mr. Middleton earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in finance from California State University, Sacramento. He is a Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
