Mr. O’Riordan establishes and maintains appraisal policies regarding all residential valuation products, helps resolve escalated valuation disputes, and ensures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements as they relate to collateral valuations. A 24-year veteran of the real estate industry, his specialties include multimillion-dollar residential property valuations and appraisal review, as well as market analysis for residential real estate throughout the United States.

Mr. O’Riordan earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Economy of Industrial Society from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
