Mr. Jarolim's comprehensive background includes 11 years as the chief appraiser for IndyMac Bank's Wholesale Division, where he specialized in implementing automated valuation models for collateral risk assessment, appraisal review training, and nationwide appraisal review. In his current role, he administers the company’s quality control program. Drawing on his 30 years of professional experience, he designs and implements specifications for quality grading standards and policies. He directs the department to maintain the highest standards for quality and serves as a conduit between the company’s appraisers and clients.

Mr. Jarolim earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs from California State University, Sacramento. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser.
