Ms. Colin joined the Residential Division at Property Sciences in 2012. After spending several years working through the Client Services department, Ms. Colin transitioned into company operations in 2015 and became national operations manager in early 2019. As SVP, operations, she oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring execution of short- and long-term goals for the company and lender clients. Her role includes serving as a bridge between the company’s operations and technology teams, overseeing the implementation of integration projects, workflow efficiencies, and other IT-related initiatives.

Ms. Colin is a graduate of the California Mortgage Bankers Association’s Future Leaders Program class of 2016 and served as a mentor for the class of 2017. She is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of California with a B.S. in economics.
