As VP of compliance, Ms. Wilson’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining of the company’s regulatory compliance programs. This includes serving as chair of the company’s Compliance Committee as well as managing Appraiser Independence programs, policies, and procedures, due diligence documentation, internal audits, employee compliance training, USPAP compliance reviews, and AMC licensing across all fifty states. Her previous positions at Property Sciences include serving as senior QC reviewer and litigation project coordinator.

Prior to joining the Property Sciences team in 2009, Ms. Wilson served as district appraisal manager for Wells Fargo covering North Orange County and South Los Angeles County. Ms. Wilson brings to her position over 15 years of experience in the appraisal field as well as several years of corporate experience supporting compliance, auditing, and other leadership roles.

Ms. Wilson holds a bachelor’s degree in management. Her education includes studies at the University of Phoenix in Fountain Valley, California, and Berkeley College in Westchester County, New York. She is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
