Mr. Huynh joined Property Sciences in 2003 as a commercial real estate appraiser. His appraisal experience includes a variety of complex property types including valuations of subdivisions, lodging properties, and condominium developments. He currently serves in managerial capacities for the Residential, Commercial, and IT Divisions. Utilizing his background roles in IT development and project design specifications, he serves as the bridge between Property Sciences' business operations and technology teams, overseeing the implementation of integration projects, workflow optimizations, and other IT-related initiatives. Currently, he sits on the MISMO Property & Valuation Services Workgroup, tasked with ensuring that data elements related to property identification and valuation services are identified and logically arranged and serving as a communication bridge between valuation professionals and the end users of their services.

Mr. Huynh graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a B.A. in economics with a Programming Specialization. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
