Joining Property Sciences in 2005, Mr. Kim's high level of talent quickly earned him increasing levels of responsibility. A systematic and clear thinker, he has steered the company's operations for nearly two decades and into one of the largest providers of valuation services in the United States today. As the COO of Property Sciences, David now serves as the primary operating steward of the Property Sciences brand, leading organizational change throughout the firm, enabling the execution of the company's most important initiatives, and guiding all aspects of the firm's overall business strategy and long-term strategic vision.

Mr. Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with concentrations in econometrics, managerial economics, and finance from the University of California at Davis. He is also a graduate of CMBA's Future Leaders Program.
