AVM Task Force Report

Property Sciences is proud to announce the publication of the final Automated Valuation Model (AVM) Task Force Report, a landmark initiative led by our Founder and CEO, Paul Chandler, MAI, in his capacity as Chair of the Industry Advisory Council (IAC) for The Appraisal Foundation.

This report represents the culmination of a rigorous two-year examination of AVM performance. This study was instrumental in developing the task force's core recommendations for reengineering the appraisal process to meet modern institutional needs.
