One to Four Unit Appraisals
Residential appraisals are provided throughout California for attached and detached properties of 1-4 units. All appraisals completed are in compliance with FIRREA, USPAP and agency guidelines. Appraisals are supervised and completed by appraisers located in strategic geographical regions. |

Data Sources
Property Sciences has access to a wide range of data sources used to make quality decisions. Data sources include MLS, FARES, Metroscan, and COMPS Inc. In addition, our extensive in-house inventory of primary appraisal data is captured to provide an additional reference source. The better the available information, the stronger and more reliable the value conclusion. |
Partnership Agreements
We have structured several unique partnership agreements based upon our client's specific appraisal needs. Generally these corporate commitments include: discounted fees, turnaround performance guarantees, electronic order and delivery, and electronic status reports. A published fee schedule is available for clients needing services on a per appraisal basis.
