Commercial Real Estate Appraiser
Property Sciences’ leadership has positioned it as one of a select few firms that has broad acceptance by Wall Street based conduits. The growth in this sector has dramatically increased institutional work and has created the need for experienced Staff Residential Appraisers, Senior Review Appraisers, and Senior Commercial Appraisers. Positions are available in our Pleasant Hill and Los Angeles offices.
Successful candidates will have a degree from a four year accredited university and an appraisal license. |
Real Estate Analyst
Positions are available in the Pleasant Hill and Los Angeles offices. Research analysts perform market research, assist in determining the financial feasibility of projects, and generate discounted cash flow models. These are entry-level positions and do not require previous experience. A college degree with a real estate, financial or econometric emphasis is required. |
Residential Real Estate Appraiser
Residential staff appraisal positions are available throughout the state of California. Candidates must have a degree or a minimum of five years experience. Residential Appraisers who would like the opportunity to be cross-trained in commercial appraisal are encouraged to apply. Property Sciences promotes multiple product capabilities. For example, Residential Appraisers with a construction background would be ideal candidates for the commercial division. |
Senior Reviewer
Appraisers with extensive review experience are invited to apply as a Senior Reviewer. Our Senior Reviewers closely monitor the quality of appraisal reports to ascertain compliance with established company policies and procedures. Files are reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to professional standards, as well as for supportable value conclusions and underlying logic and supporting arguments.
Positions are available on a full time employee basis, with a base salary plus incentive structure or a traditional commission structure. |
