Commercial Real Estate Appraiser
Property Sciences’ leadership in California has positioned it as one of a select few firms that has broad acceptance by Wall Street based conduits. The growth in this sector has dramatically increased institutional work and has created the need for experienced Senior Commercial Appraisers. Positions are available in our Concord and Los Angeles offices.
Successful candidates will have a degree and an appraisal license. If your license is not from California, you will need to meet California requirements within six (6) months of the date of hire. Successful candidates will be provided education and licensing assistance. |
Real Estate Analyst
Positions are available in the Concord and Los Angeles offices. Research analysts perform market research, assist in determining the financial feasibility of projects, and generate discounted cash flow models. These are entry-level positions and do not require previous experience. A college degree with a real estate, financial or econometric emphasis is required. |
Residential Real Estate Appraiser
Residential appraisal positions are available throughout the state of California. Candidates must have a degree or a minimum of five years experience. Residential Appraisers who would like the opportunity to be cross-trained in commercial appraisal are encouraged to apply. Property Sciences promotes multiple product capabilities. For example, Residential Appraisers with a construction background would be ideal candidates for the commercial division.
Positions are available on a full time employee basis, with a base salary plus incentive structure or a traditional commission structure. |
