Mr. Chandler is a recognized industry leader whose 30 years of experience have turned
Property Sciences into a national brand. Both the company's residential and
commercial divisions continually benefit from his background in valuation, appraisal,
lender-platform technology development, and online and print media. Prior to forming
Property Sciences, he was Senior Vice President of Corinthian Real Estate, where
he provided financial institutions with market analysis, branching strategy and
site acquisition consulting.
Mr. Chandler founded Commercial Lender magazine in 1995 and C-Lender.com in 1999,
and grew them both into market share leaders prior to their purchase by Scotsman
Publishing in 2001. He is the former publisher of the California Housing Report,
a frequent speaker at real estate events throughout the United States, and host
to many professional educational venues. Active within the mortgage industry, Mr.
Chandler has received numerous industry awards including the Affiliate of the Year
Award, the highest honor presented to a non-mortgage broker by the Association of
Mortgage Brokers.
Mr. Chandler holds an MBA with an emphasis in real estate from the Haas School of
Business, University of California, Berkeley and a BS in Business Administration
with an emphasis in finance from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally,
he holds a California Real Estate Broker's License and previously was an N.A.S.D.
General Securities Registered Principal. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute
holding the MAI designation and is a state certified appraiser with the General
Certification.

Douglas A. La Rocca joined Property Sciences in 1997. As in-house Chief Appraiser, he shares his years of
experience providing valuation and feasibility analysis for various property types including single-family, all
commercial including office, retail, industrial and special use properties. Included in his broad expertise, he
is one of a handful of experts experienced in the niche market of religious facilities.
Mr. LaRocca’s education includes a B.A. in Psychology from St. Patrick's College and advanced degrees in Theology
from Gregorian University, Rome. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, holds a California Real Estate
Broker’s license, and is working toward attaining an MAI designation.

A hands-on technical expert with extensive communications training, Mr. Massey brings
Property Sciences his 20 years of experience managing large projects in mission
critical environments. With a background in IT architecture, software development,
and mortgage banking business development, his diverse credentials include Senior
Programmer for Citibank, VP of Marketing and eCommerce Product Manager for Bank
of America, and owner of several businesses, most recently Virtual Shaping, a virtualization
and software development company. Mr. Massey has long been recognized for creating
airtight software and hardware infrastructure, and for analytical and practical
skills that bring technological solutions to all aspects of the business process.
Mr. Massey was a student in the Rhetoric Department at University of California,
Berkeley, until he was recruited by Citibank.

In addition to completing his regular appraisal assignments for Property Sciences,
Mr. O'Riordan also handles quality control issues, final valuation decisions
for the Residential Division, and managerial oversight and training of the residential
staff appraisers. A ten-year veteran of the real estate industry, his specialties
include multi-million dollar residential property valuations and appraisal review,
as well as market analysis for residential real estate throughout the United States.
Mr. O'Riordan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Economy of Industrial
Society from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a Certified Residential
Real Estate Appraiser.

Bernard Duer is the Vice President of the Commercial Division for Property Sciences.
He has over 20 years of experience performing appraisals and consulting assignments
including valuation and feasibility analysis on a variety of property types, such
as office, industrial and retail facilities with emphasis on special use properties
including marinas and wineries. Mr. Duer has extensive experience in agricultural
valuations including row crop and permanent plantings. He manages the research and
data resources of the firm and serves as the Chief Review Appraiser for appraisals
performed by companies outside of Property Sciences.
Mr. Duer holds the State of California Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License.
His education includes a Master’s Degree in Geography from Columbia University with
an emphasis in economic market research and statistical methods applied toward location
analysis. He is currently an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.

Joining Property Sciences in 2003, Mr. Huynh serves in managerial capacities for
the Residential, Commercial, and Technology Divisions. Utilizing his background
roles in IT development and project design specifications, he serves as the bridge
between Property Sciences' technology team and business operations. Mr. Huynh
is also the company's project manager of special assets portfolios, pension
fund projects and product development. His appraisal experience includes a variety
of complex property types including valuations of subdivisions, lodging properties
and condominium developments.
Mr. Huynh graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a B.A.
in Economics with a Programming Specialization. He is a Certified General Real Estate
Appraiser.

Joining Property Sciences as a Research Analyst in the Corporate Headquarters office,
Mr. Kim's high level of knowledge quickly earned him a promotion to develop
the southwestern US market after just five years in the industry. In his managerial
role, his duties currently include operations management, product development, marketing,
training, and general managerial oversight of the company's Residential Division.
He tirelessly worked toward improved valuation standards and governance through
his business operations skills, as well as macro and micro economic and econometric
analysis of residential real estate markets.
Mr. Kim earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance
and Econometrics from the University of California at Davis. He is a Licensed Appraiser.

A seasoned professional, Mr. Linder's past senior assignments were with firms
such as Nokia, Bank of America, and PMI Group, Inc. He brings to Property Sciences
15 years of expertise in technical, project, and program management. Currently,
he is focused on defining Property Sciences' business requirements, improving
technical operations, enhancing core operational applications, and streamlining
overall business process infrastructure for faster, prioritized market delivery.
Mr. Linder earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Science and Psychology
from Pacific Union College, and an MBA from St. Mary's College. He is a certified
Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified scrum master (a software management
methodology), and has broad experience with RUP (Rationale Unified Process) and MSF
(Microsoft Solutions Framework).
